Portabase
What is Portabase?
Portabase is a free, open-source, self-hosted backup and recovery platform designed to simplify data protection across your infrastructure.
With a centralized dashboard and lightweight agents, Portabase allows you to automate backups, manage retention policies, securely store your data, and restore databases on demand.
It supports multiple database engines, storage providers, and deployment environments, making it suitable for both personal projects and production infrastructures.
Agent setup required
Portabase uses agents to connect to your data sources and perform backup and restore operations. After deploying the dashboard, you must configure at least one agent.
Follow the Agent setup documentation to get started.
